13. If a triangle has a height of 14 inches and a base of 9 inches, what is its area?

Area of a triangle = (base x height) / 2 

Area of this triangle = (9 x 13) / 2 

Area of this triangle = (117) / 2 

Area of triangle = 58.5 inches
