You can only have up to 9 for any place value, so just like addition, you'll have to bring those extra 10s over to the hundreds place.
13 tens is 130 so the 1 is going to the hundreds place and the 3 is your new tens place. So now you have 5 hundreds 3 tens and 5 ones.
