The answer is y=-6x+3
To find it remember the slope intercept formula is y=mx+b

m= slope and b= y intercept

- It tells you -6 is the slope so you know m= -6 so you have

y=-6x+b

to find the y intercept , use the formula
y-y1=m(x-x1)

You have the points (0,3)

0 is x1 and 3 is y1

plug in x1 and y1 into y-y1=m(x-x1)

you will have y-3= -6(x-0)

M is slope so -6 is the slope

Solve the equation y-3=-6(x-0) and you are left with y= -6x+3
