The 5th president of the united states was "James Monroe." He was born on April 28, 1758 and dies on July 4, 1831. Monroe came in office on 1817 to 1825. Monroe was known as a statesmen which is a person who is skilled, experienced, and respected political leader and served as the fifth president of the United States.
