10.2×12=4×h (cross multiply)
122.4=4h
30.6=h

The ratio is 2.55:1

you do cross-multiply:

10.2(12)= 122.4

4(h)=4h

4h=122.4

h=30.6

if h is 30.6, it will be proportional
