Socrates is by far the most influential thinker in Western society, not just out of this list, but in general. His merit comes from the fact that he was the very first one to start a deep analysis of thought, knowledge, politics and society. Socrates is the father of Philosophy, the problem is that he didn't write his teachings, but Plato did it for him.
