Pollution would be the biggest issue to your lungs meaning that the greatest effect would be in the troposphere. Troposphere is the part of atmosphere that we breathe so if it was polluted we would all die because we couldn't breathe or you would develop illnesses like cancer. It would not only affect humans but all other animals and plants as well.
