The answer is 8.25

110/x=100/7.5
(110/x)*x=(100/7.5)*x       - 
110=13.333333333333*x       -
(13.333333333333) to get x
110/13.333333333333=x 
8.25=x 
x=8.25

110 * .075 = 8.250
8.25 = 8.30
