Lee Harvey Oswald (1939-1963) was an accused ex marine alleged to be the sole author of the assassination of the president Kennedy on November 22nd, 1963 in Dallas, according to three investigations conducted by the government of the United States. Oswald was accused but never came to trial because he was killed by Jack Ruby. In the United States the person is presumably innocent until the jury has ruled his guilt, fact which never happened.
