12,6, 0, -6, ...
an = 18 - 6n
an = 18 – 12n
an= 18 + 6n
an = 6 - 6n

The answer is the first one. an=18-6n

because

18-6 (1) = 12

18-6 (2)=6

18-6 (3)=0

18-6 (4)= -6

and so on
