You would put a 1 under the seven making it a 7/1 since 1/2 can’t divide fractions you would instead multiply so 7 • 1 is one and 1• 2 is 2. The answer would be 7/2 but since you want it to be in simplest form you would divide 2 from 7 only to get 3. So then the answer is 3 1/2. I think.
