Multiply the divisor by 2x

Or, (4x - 2y + 3) × (2x ) = 8x²-  4xy + 6x

so, ( 8x² + 8xy +6x - 6y² + 9y ) - (8x² - 4xy + 6x) = 12xy  - 6y² +9y

Again multiply the divisor by 3y

Again , (4x - 2y + 3) × (3y ) = 12xy -6y² +9y

Or, (12xy  - 6y² +9y) - (12xy  - 6y² +9y) = 0

So from division method we get the quotient as  (2x + 3y )    and remainder is 0  Answer
