What's the difference between acceleration and velicity?

Acceleration is describing how an object changes its velocity with time. Velocity is defined as Displacement of a body in a particular time.

Velocity is the speed at which an object is moving, and the direction
in which it's moving.

Acceleration is the rate at which the object's velocity is changing, and
