Chlamydia or gonorrhea is a sexually transmitted diseases. They are caused due to bacterial infection in the reproductive parts of men and women. These diseases are asymptomatic in nature for a very long time.
If these diseases are left untreated, then it leads to pelvic inflammatory disease. In females, it can cause infertility. In males, if untreated, it cause infections in the prostate glands and inflammation of epididymis.
