The line is in slope-intercept form. This is y=mx+b, where b is the y intercept. Thus, because it is in this form, we can see that the y intercept is 3.

Now, for the x intercept. The x intercept is at y=0. Thus, we can just set y equal to 0 and solve for x.

0=-7x+3

-3=-7x

x=3/7

Thus, the x intercept is 3/7.

Our two answers are - x intercept = 3/7, y intercept = 3
