We have three different figures here: A square, a triangle, and a quarter of a circle.
Square:
A = base x height or length x width
A = 8 x 8
A = 64 m^2
Triangle:
A = 1/2 x b x h
A = 1/2 x 8 x 8
A = 1/2 x 64
A = 32 m^2
Quarter circle:
A = pi x r^2
A = 3.14 x 8^2
A = 3.14 x 64
A = 200.96 / 4
A = 50.24 m^2
Area of the composite figure:
A = 64 + 32 + 50.24
A = 146.24 m^2
