If you want to say that Marcos is not as tall as Jorge you say: "Marcos no es tan alto como Jorge."
If they are equal in height then just remove the "no" from the sentence.
We can continue in the comments but I would like to know who is Jorge and Marcos in the picture, or if it doesn't matter.
