Basically you need to draw graph that stops at 10 then place circles on the graph where those 2 numbers are like for (0,3) for 0 you don’t move left or right at all and for three since it is positive you go up 3 times while on the origin(the missle of the graph/ middle of the big “plus” sign) and you draw the circle there one you do that for every coordinate to “reflect it” you jus move the same amount of times on the other side of the graph
