Answer: Only tall buildings make sense to build near airports.
Explanation: Tall buildings are not low to the ground like houses. Noise does not effect tall buildings as bad as it would for houses. Also, if something went wrong with the plane, and it were to start falling, the houses would most likely be up under the plane. Even if the houses were built a little further, but still close, they would still hear noise every time a plane took off.
