Air is indeed a mixture but the reason is wrong. It is because there can be different concentrations of gases in the air to give the mixture of air, such as nitrogen, oxygen and carbon dioxide.
The statement is wrong because air is already colorless when unlimited because when it is polluted.it is not air but it is carbon and methane with oxygen so we cannot say it air.
