because people nowadays are making dieting sound like a trend, and unless you need to go on a diet for health reasons you shouldn’t because you need certain nutrients in your body

Society puts so much pressure on young girls and it makes them think “to be pretty i have to have a nice body” so they’ll start dieting and counting their calories and get results that they're happy with. But most young girls will take it too far to where it's unhealthy and considered an eating disorder.
