first off you can figure out the slope by counting point to point on each line, blue being 6/4 or 3/2 and the green being -4/3. due to them being completely different numbers that rules out them being opposite reciprocals.
if the slopes were the same they would be parallel.
all perpendicular lines must be opposite reciprocal slopes (ex 2/4 and -4/2)
