i think 64.29 bc 90 percent of 500 is 450 so i did 450 percent of 700
The answer would be 126 choose any steps you want that I will write now....

First steps:

- 18/100 = x/700
- x = 18.7 = 126

Another steps:

- ( 7/5) • 90 = 7•90 / 5 = 7.18 = 126
