1. Slope: (Yb - Ya) / (Xb - Xa)
= (99 - 9) / (45 - 7)
= 90/38

2. Y-Intercept
Y = mx + b
9 = (90/38) * 7 + b
9 = (90/38) * (7/1) + b
9 = 630/38 + b
