Well think about the coronavirus. We use precaution with the people we are around. We should continue applying that when it’s just one person sick too. Staying at home from work and keeping away from friends and family is the number one way from causing it to spread.

You could isolate yourself and drink fluids as well as washing your hands frequently getting rest would work well too :)
