Really affected

It's affecting my studies
but I was talking to this girl for 2 months, we met once, she showed high interest at the start but kept making excuses not to meet, all of a sudden communication kept becoming less and she ended up blocking me

is it possible she had a bf already

It could be possible, it also could be that she lost interest. asking her directly would help
maybe or she could’ve lost interest or was jus playing with your feelings
