You change the conjugation of the verb and then who you are talking about
For nosotros: ¿Recibamos regalos durante nuestra cumpleaños? (I put nuestra because it means "our" in Spanish and it makes more gramatical sense)
Just use the chart for ellos and conjugate the verb ¿Reciban regalos durante ellos cumplaños?
