For 10 how many pints are in 445 ounces. There will be decimals and you just round to the nearest whole number. 
For 13 you do how many ounces go into a pint which you will need to explain using how many cups in a pint

Number 10 is ;27.813, but the estimated answer is 28.0 pints

Number 13 is; divide by 16 to get the number of pints :) hopefully this helps
