The sequence starts from 3 and you keep adding 2...

n-squared plus 3 would be the answer.

Examples:
1-squared plus 3 is equal to four.
2-squared plus 3 is equal to seven.
3-squared plus 3 is equal to twelve.
4-squared plus 3 is equal to nineteen.
And so on..
