Here is a little jingle to help you:
1-4 stay on the floor (round down)
5-9 it's round up time (round up)
So we have 2 which rounds down
8 rounds up causing the 6 to turn to a 7
7 rounds up causing the 4 to round up to a 5
SO your answer would be 15.
