(21/84)x100=25
25%

84x=21 21/84x=1/4=0.25=25% the only thing you have too do is divide 21 into 84 to get 1/4 or you can put it in decimal form and get 0.25 move the dot over to the right passed the 5 and put the percent where the dot is
