I believe what it's asking you to do is to write a paragraph about what the comic is about.
1) cooks breakfast
2) sit at the table and eat
3) get on the internet/social media
4) looks at his watch
5) say goodbye
6) get into
7) I can't see the picture
8) I can't see the picture
You should be able to do 7 and 8 now, I believe that it's just asking you to identify what is happening in eat picture and fill in the blanks accordingly.
