First add the experienced and inexperienced workers together so you'll have 12 workers in total.

Since the total numbers of workers is 12 the mean would be 700 so multiply 12 and 700.

12 x 700 = 8400.

Since the mean wage of the 5 inexperienced workers is $602

Multiply the inexperienced workers mean by the number of workers and subtract it by the mean of all the workers in total.

 $8400 - ($602 x 5) = $5390

Then divide the experienced workers mean by 7 .

$5390
÷ 7 = $770

The answer is (770).
