4[3+5(18/2-3)-12]+7^3
= 4[3+5(18/-1)-12]+7^3
= 
4[3+5(-18)-12]+ 343
= 4[3+(-90)-12]+ 343
= 4[3+(-90)-12]+ 343
= 4[-99]+ 343
= -396 + 343
= -53
