The first answer you want I believe is called a reflection. This is when a figure is translated across one of the axis to form the figure on the other side, like a mirror, if it helps you think about it better.
To reflect across x = -2, you need to make a vertical reflection from the line x = -2. These coordinates should fall on:
A = (2, -2)
B = (-2, -6)
C = (0, -2)
Think about the placement of these coordinates and your golden.
