First simplify the square roots: [tex]2 \sqrt{61x}+6 \sqrt{x}-5 \sqrt{x} [/tex]
Then simplify the last two terms: [tex]2 \sqrt{61x}+\sqrt{x}[/tex]
Since 61 is prime, you can't take a rational root out of it.
