The nurse manager or leader plays a role in the reenginering of health care by being able to guide those who are under them, as the leader they are, they need to guide them by showing the proper ways of doing things in assessing the patients and the practices that should be done or considered in the area of health care. They are the ones who should lead those people who are under them in which plays a role of reenginering of health care as it contributes to its development.
