There are 2 dreadful oracles that would fall to King
Acrisius. First is that he shall have no sons. Secondly, his grandson Perseus, son
of Danae, would be the cause of his death. Perseus killed King Acrisius when he
participated in the funeral games and accidentally striked Acrisius’ head with
a dicus.
