1. Add: 45 + 56 = 4 · 65 · 6 + 5 · 56 · 5 = 2430 + 2530 = 24 + 2530 = 4930

2. Add: 4930 + 72 = 4930 + 7 · 152 · 15 = 4930 + 10530 = 49 + 10530 = 15430 = 7715
4/5 + 5/6 + 7/2 = 7715 = 5215 ≅ 5.133333

The answer is 5.13
