11-2^2 ==7
11-(2•2)=7
(11-1)-(2+1)=7
(11-1)-(2•2-1)=7
(12/2)+1=7
(12/2)+2-1=7
(22/11)+1+(2•2)=7
11-(22/11)^(22/11)=7
(22/2)-2^2=7
(22/2)-(22/11)^(22/11)=7
11-Square root (2•2)=7

We can think that 7 can be made with sum of two positive integers, sum of positive and negative integers, decimals, fractions, we can use sums of three numbers, just to mention a few, and rewrite each number using only 1 and 2 when possible.
0+7 -1+8
1+6. -2+9
2+5. -3+10
