The difference is that physical dependence can be viewed and observed in the brain in the form of receptors, molecules, and neurotransmitters together withe very apparent behavioral sings, psychological dependence on the other hand can also be iewed through behavioral sings which are much milder in this case and lack the aforementioned molecule perspective.
