I believe the answer is: An optimistic explanatory style; be healthier and persist despite setbacks
People with optimistic explanatory style would explain/interpret every occurrences that happen in their life with positive outlook.
This would tend to make them unlikely to get into depression and tend to keep making effort to improving the quality of their life.
