you can find a percent by moving a decimal point two spaces to the right. if you turn 3/5 into a decimal you get 0.6 and if you move that decimal point two spaces to the right you can see it is equal to 60 percent. Same with 0.6 if you move the decimal point two spaces to the right you get 60 percent. however it does not work with the other two answer choices.
