Simply divide 35 by 50 the multiply by 100%
[tex] \frac{35}{50} [/tex]=0.7
0.7*100= 70%

I see two different ways that this could be done.

First way
35 ÷ 50 = 0.7
0.7*100 = 70

Or in this case, you could save yourself the trouble and just multiply since 50*2=100
35*2=70

Either way, you get 70% as the grade
