You divide 13 and 20 which gives you 0.65

Since decimals are just using bases of 10 you can convert this either by dividing by two for 6.5/10 then moving the decimal to the left to set it to .65/1 which is just .65, or you could multiply by 5 to get 65/100 and move the decimal place over twice to get .65 again
