Bacterial vaginosis which causes abnormal discharge vaginal discharge
with unpleasant odor. This discharge is usually white or grey. Also, you may
have a burning during urination or itching around the outside of the vagina or
both. Some women do produce a strong fishy smell especially after sexual
intercourse.
