(1) consecutive odds
(2) intergers
the possible pairs to satisfy condition (2) are 1x35 and 5x7
5 and 7 are consecutive odd numbers = satisfy condition (1)
=> the area's length and width is 5x7 or 7x5
=> it's 5 and 7 (or 7 and 5, doesn't really matter)
