The substance that would be least likely to dissolve in a polar solvent IS A NON POLAR MOLECULE.
Examples of non polar molecules are oil and cholesterol. These molecules are non polar, that is, their electrons are distributed evenly throughout the element and thus their charges cancel out one another. Such compounds will not dissolve in polar solvent.
